A loud beeping sound was heard every 60 seconds upstairs. I thought it was coming from the attic and was scared that something might be wrong with the furnace. I made a call to you guys and one of your servicemen was at my house within 2 hours. He calmly checked out the attic furnace and a/c systems. He determined the annoying beep wasn’t coming from the furnace. Instead of rushing out to his next job, he stayed and performed a tune-up on my system.”

Such a call in itself is unusual for a service company; but when your schedule changed, you called again to ask if 9 to 11 would be satisfactory. It was; but this AM one of your technicians called in sick, so you called again and let us know it would be a little late. Then you called again to let us know he was on the way. The technician arrived around 11, did his work in the exemplary way your company always does, gave us our statement, and left for his next appointment. Even though we are retired, we still have schedules to meet. Your policy of keeping customers in the communications loop is exceptional, and we appreciate it.”
