Your technician arrived at our house mid-afternoon and determined that he could not begin repairs until the power company did some repairs on their equipment. He said he would return later that afternoon. We were hoping that we would not have to spend the night without power and air conditioning. Your technician did return around 7:00pm and was able to turn on partial power to our home, and we did have air conditioning for the night. We appreciate him keeping his word. Because of the late hour it would have been very easy for him to call and put us off till the morning. He did return the next morning and repaired all the damage that had been done.”
