"First I just need to say the customer service at this company is exceptional! Love, Love, Love my experience in dealing with them. From the people who answer the phone/schedule the jobs to the technician (Bobby who came out) to Bob one of the owners of the company. Really, really great experience. Bobby came out to give me an estimate to repair our old furnace. He was thorough and really explained to me all that was wrong and causing the problems. He needed to order a part to repair it, so he wasn’t able to fix it the first day he came out. We ultimately ordered the part, which just took a couple of days to come in. Bobby came back out, installed the part and our heat has been up and working. He was honest and not trying to sell me anything. I highly recommend them and will refer everyone I know that has Heating/AC problems to them."

"It’s never a good experience to have your A/C unit go down on a hot day, but we are so pleased with the service thus far from Cunningham’s. Bob Cunningham patiently answered all of my questions. The two installation techs that came to my house were very professional, knew what they were doing and didn’t seem to mind me looking over their shoulder. They thoroughly cleaned up the work area as well and handled the warranty registration with Carrier. When I called a few days later with questions about the rebate they were very helpful.
