“Your company installed trim around our attic pull-down stairs. Rufus was the tech who did the installation. I just wanted to write a note to praise the way Rufus accomplished the job. It turned out to be more difficult than a standard trim installation because of the uneven plane between the frame of the stairs and the ceiling. Rufus accessed the situation, figured out how he was going to go about it, bought the additional materials he needed, and went to work.
