They worked with me to come up with the solutions instead of telling me how his company did it. When we had to swap out the shutters for a different color, it was the owner of the company who showed up at my door with samples to choose from. The field supervisor saved me thousands of dollars when he showed me termite damage the pest control inspector had overlooked. A nice breath of integrity in a business that can lack that quality sometimes. Every crew cleaned up every day, and did so to my satisfaction.
