“In this hectic, workday world, we are often quick to criticize and find fault yet we seldom take time to praise.  This is the purpose of my letter.  On October 29th, 2007, following my call to your organization requesting help for an aggravating and dangerous electrical problem that I had in my home, I was shortly met by two of your electricians.  These gentlemen quickly isolated my electrical problem and repaired the unacceptable dilemma in short order.  They then searched the system throughout my residence, further informed me of additional needs that well could result in future problems and they performed in the highest and most professional and efficient manner.”
