On October 29th, 2007, following my call to your organization requesting help for an aggravating and dangerous electrical problem that I had in my home, I was shortly met by two of your electricians. These gentlemen quickly isolated my electrical problem and repaired the unacceptable dilemma in short order. They then searched the system throughout my residence, further informed me of additional needs that well could result in future problems and they performed in the highest and most professional and efficient manner.”

“It’s not often that I write a letter as a customer, but I have to take a moment to let you know about my recent positive experience with Mr. Sparky. On the evening of July 25th, 2007, a severe storm hit my home in Druid Hills. It caused the electric service line to pull the I-bolt out of my house. It also damaged the soffett underneath. Chuck was given the case due to his experience with carpentry, and it paid off big time. Chuck was able to evaluate the need for soffett repair and determine how best to repair the damage done to the service line. The level of professionalism exhibited on this job has really impressed me (and I am in the service industry myself with a healthy appreciation for customer satisfaction). By 7:00pm the next day, Chuck had re-established power with a fine new soffett board and a securely placed I-bolt.
