“When your guy arrived, he put on his footies before he came inside the house. First on the honey-do list was checking out our kitchen sink disposer that we had dropped a fork in. He checked it out and thought it was ok. We turned it on, and it was fine. Next on the honey-do was to bring our 6 foot pre-decorated Christmas tree in from the garage and place it in our family room, while moving two big chairs to make room, no problem.
Next, we went outside to look at our erosion problem. It involved connecting two rainwater downspouts to underground pipe drains, digging a trench to bury them, piercing a wooden retaining wall, filling a trench with gravel, covering with dirt and capping with stepping stones. When your technician finished, he cleaned up and asked if I was ok with his work. He worked hard, followed my instructions well, had some good ideas of his own. He not only did an excellent job, he was professional in his approach, and I thought he accomplished all the tasks in good time. I will not hesitate to call you again and recommend you to my friends. Thanks for a job well done, which is too rare today.”
