“Sundials’ Plumbing technician arrived promptly at my home to repair a leaking pipe in a downstairs bathroom.  He was very courteous and explained the problem to me and the cost.  While he was here, I asked if he would look at my kitchen sink faucet as it was loose and not getting very good water pressure.  Also, the sprayer did not work.  He courteously told me that he would and explained to me the problems with the faucet.  While he fixed the leaky pipe, I went to a hardware store and purchased a new faucet and he replaced it for me.  He noticed that some of the parts needed for installation were missing from the box and offered to go back to the hardware store and get the needed parts.  I would like to commend the work done by this technician and his courteous and friendly manner and his willingness to go the extra mile.  I was very pleased that he left my home as he found it.  This was the first time I had used Sundial Plumbing, and from my experience I would gladly recommend them.  Thanks for a job well done at a fair price.”

“I just wanted to thank Sundial for the wonderful service I received.  I came home last night to find water all over my masterbath floor, as well as leaking into my basement, all caused by a faulty nut connection just below the shut-off valve underneath the sink.  I was pleasantly surprised when I called at 11pm, thinking I would be leaving a voicemail for a morning call back, but instead reaching a live person at the answering service.  I was even more surprised that she not only took my information, she had a plumber call me back in 15 minutes.  They even offered to come out that night, but I told that the morning would be fine.  I got a call right at 8am as promised, and they let me know they had several ‘1st calls’, but that someone would be here between 9am and noon, and they were.  The plumber who came was friendly, professional, and not only fully repaired my problem, but he also took the additional time to answer a couple questions about what I should do if something like this should ever happen again, and even taught me how to shut off my water heater if I ever need to turn off the main water again and how to restart it afterwards.  I will not only use your service anytime I need to in the future, I will recommend you to my family and friends as well.”
