“We have had, for the past 4 years, a leak in our chimney that ran water down the inside wall to the finished basement damaging the ceiling and walls every time it rained. We have paid general contractors over $3,000 to install additional flashing around the chimney, caulk the sides of Hardi Plank and roof repair at the chimney, but could not find the problem. Your technician found that the builder did not install the right rain pan on the top, and water was running down the inside of the chimney. You gave us a quote and we accepted it for a speedy repair.
