Company Commentary...

“Mobile Glass USA prides itself on being a privately owned Georgia company who really cares about your glass replacement needs. Our office staff begins by trying to educate the customer from the first call concerning their glass issue and the best way to fix it at the most reasonable price. We then strive through constant communication to make sure the installation is performed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Then, our certified, safety conscious technicians educate the customer during the installation. Finally, both our office staff and technicians take the time to educate the customer on any and all questions they may have concerning future glass care and needs.”

Customer Experiences with Mobile Glass USA

“We were very happy with the work performed at our home by Mobile Glass USA. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They worked hard and didn’t mind working around our drapes that were hanging above the windows. If our friends or acquaintances ever ask about a good glass company to replace something in their home, we would strongly recommend Mobile Glass to them without hesitation.”
Mrs. G.G.

“Overall, we were very satisfied with the performance and installation of our new glass. The quality of the work and the conduct of the employees would have to rate a five star. They completed the job in the time that they said they would and they showed up on time, which is always a plus when dealing with contractors.”
Mr. G.M.

“Mobile Glass USA did a very good job. I would rate them five stars all the way around. A very professional company with trustworthy employees. We are very satisfied and happy that we picked them to do the work in our home and would recommend them.”
Mrs. S.N.

“What a friendly company and friendly employees. They were also very quick to get the work done, no messing around or wasting your time. We would be very likely to recommend them to others and feel you would be picking the right company for this kind of work.”
Mrs. D.B.

“One of our company trucks had a broken windshield. So, we called Mobile Glass and they sent a technician out to replace the windshield and he did it while we kept working. It saved us a lot of expense. They showed up when they said they would and finished quickly. We feel we got our money’s worth from Mobile Glass. A friend of ours had used them and they recommended them to us. So, we chose them based on the experience they had with our friend. It was the first time we used Mobile Glass for anything, but they were on time and well within our budget.”
Mr. & Mrs. A.L.

“Very happy with the work, very satisfied with the people, very professional and thorough technician who explained things to us. Thank you Mobile Glass.”
Mr. T.T.

Home Services Review Consumer Tips:

  1. Look for a glass repair and replacement company that has professional and certified technicians.
  2. Annually inspect for proper caulking of all windows and door openings as well as water runoff from roof and gutters. If there is water buildup anywhere, this will result in rotten wood and that will eventually result in seal failure in insulated glass units.
  3. Do not use ammonia based solutions when pressure washing your home. By not using ammonia based solutions, you reduce the likelihood of seal failure on insulated glass units (i.e., dual pane or thermal pane glass).
  4. Check window hardware (locks, clips, balances and rollers) annually and replace hardware as necessary. Consider using window film to reduce glare, fading of furniture, artwork, and hardwood floors, and to reduce your heating and cooling bills.
  5. If you have an older home, consider full window replacement (with LowEnergy glass) as an option to increase the value of your home and significantly reduce your heating and air conditioning costs.
