“This is a special letter of recognition for the diligent efforts of your AC technician Alex.  We had water damage to the ceiling of the living room first floor.  The AC unit is in the attic above the second floor.  The path of the water was not difficult to trace, and it was was first suggested that the problem was not the AC but a leaking roof.  However, the water damage continued, without rain as a possible cause.  Alex came up with a test to show the point of origin for the water to be from the condensation pan.  Then he came up with a solution for the repair, which was accomplished the same afternoon.  He is a credit to your company.”
