“Guardian Services helped to solve a serious problem that we had with mold. In fact, our dishwasher had apparently been leaking for a long time, and over time the water had migrated into our walls, and because we have a ceramic floor we couldn’t see any visible evidence of water leaking. Guardian came in and cleaned out all of the ducts, removed moldy materials, and sealed all of the metal duct work throughout our house. They even sealed all the little openings in and around the supply and return vent registers. This was a major project that took 3 days to complete, and we were thoroughly impressed and totally pleased with the results. We have not had any problems, including smells or visible mold since Guardian completed the job.”
