“Richard made two visits to our home, six months apart in 2009. He performed a detailed assessment of our pier-and-beam foundation. During the first visit he took measurements throughout the house and a series of photos underneath the house. He described the work that had been done by a previous foundation repair company and showed us a couple of problem areas and several possible ways to address these problems. However, his ultimate recommendation was for us to wait until our water table had returned to a more normal level. During his follow-up visit in June, he re-measured everything (at no additional charge) and advised us not to undertake any further repairs at this time.
