(1) Make sure the company you choose is experienced and has the proper licensing.
(2) Get references from current customers of the company you are considering.
(3) Choose an established company that has been in your area for a few years.
(4) If you are getting a couple of bids, make sure they based on the same amount of service and frequency.
(5) Make sure the company you choose has the proper insurance and has workers compensation.
(6) Keep all contracts, agreements and receipts. You may need them later and these will help eliminate any miscommunications with your service company.
(7) Hire a service company that can maintain & repair all the equipment you have. This will eliminate having to deal with more than one company.
(8) Ask if the company guarantees their work to avoid paying for the same work twice.
(9) Get all guarantees and warranties in writing. You might need them at a later time.
(10) Ask the company you are considering if they have background checks done on their employees.
