“She did a fabulous job on the sofa, even removed old coffee and other stains left by the kids. We were pleasantly surprised as the sofa looked almost as good as new. All the dark water stains on the legs were completely gone. Because this took a while, Anne had to take the area rugs with her. When we got them back a few days later they were beautiful, except for the fringe on the ends that had color bleeding. This was beyond her control.”
