“The last service we had on out AC - we were not quoted a price before they changed out the broken part and the cost was about $600. I later that day searched for the part - that took the gentleman 15 minutes to replace - and the part was found at several stores for $35. We felt completely ripped off!! Which was disappointing considering the prior service we had received had been decent!! We will never use them again.”
