“Initially thought they did a good job, but they're not resolving a dispute right now and they won't call back, which makes me very disappointed. They cut into the ceiling in the bathroom area and had to take out a fan and a lighting fixture. After the work was done, the fan and light did not work when they were put back in. They're not resolving who caused the problem, and they had disputes with the contractor. They told me that they'd get an electrician to figure it out and resolve it but nothing has happened yet.”

“They came in, were responsive, and checked out what had to be done. They were not neat and complete in what they do. They punched holes all over the apartment and just left them. They didn't come back to repair them. We didn't know if there was water damage under the floor boards. It was incomplete.”

I was wondering what it was doing to the wall. They came out in a few hours from when I had called them. They figured out what needed quickly.
