General Manager, Johan, listened and understood my style preferences and goals and created a wonderful design. Then spent lots of time with me on the selection and coordination of products, even going to various showrooms with me. Project Manager, Ryan, was my primary contact during the on-site work phase. What a pleasure to work with. He was always willing to listen and accommodate any ideas, questions, thoughts I had. He was very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. The on-site workers were really excellent. The same crew from the beginning to end. Always arrived with smiles on their faces and worked long and hard all day. They were perfectionists and artists in everything they did, even making suggestions I had not thought of. They made great effort to keep the dust and debris confined to the bathrooms. And they finished in less time than scheduled. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them for any other projects I have in the future!”
