They sent a 'fly by night' company to install and repair what needed to be fixed. I did not feel safe so I went by MAD HATTER who charged me for an inspection, educated me on the major issues and provided a video showing me the problems that needed to be fixed before giving me a certificate with their approval to use my fireplace. I asked MAD HATTER to do the work and I had the trees touching the fireplace cut 10' from the chimney. Thank God I hired them when I did. They found cracks and air pockets. THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!!”
