“I had ro reschedule installation due to illness. On doing so I had to pay part of the remaining balance. Also I made it a point to be on time. The installer arrived a few minutes late and then waited in their truck instead of knocking on my door. They did try to call but my phone was on silent. Why not knock? One of the shelves had a very noticeable black spot. Rather than taking the initiative to fix it I had to point it out to them first. Finally they did not clean up after themselves because their vacuum was broken. They don?t have a backup on the truck?? Very disappointing overall.”
