“The guys were out last week to aerate, seed and fertilize and again did a great job. I know that they did not plan on spending as much time as they did on my lawn along with the front common area, but the mobile aerator does not work for my disjointed lawn area, and I spoke with Steve and asked him to have then use the hand aerator, which he did. “Turf Rebuild: I was coming home from a morning run on Easter Sunday and a car followed me into my driveway. When I turned around to see why, the driver introduced himself as the owner who sold me my house. He asked me how I've liked it. He asked if the azaleas he planted in the back were still there, etc. I was busy telling him about how great the neighborhood is when he interrupted and said, "Geez, your lawn looks like a golf course. How'd you do that?" I told him that your guys did a turf-rebuild when the GC tore up my lawn in 2018. Compared to the veritable weed-patches of some of my neighbors, it does look rather lush at the moment.”

“I had a large amount of standing water in my side yard each time it rained. This area was almost never dry and always a soggy mess. In addition, most of the grass in that area had died due to the standing water and it was a muddy mess. Premium sent out a manager to look at the problem area and discuss what my options were. After his initial visit I received an estimate via email for me to review the proposed work. Once the work was approved the account manager handled the project until completion. I did not even have to be home. The work included grading, a French drain and two catch basins. In addition to adding soil and reseeding. I no longer have a pool of water when it rains and the grass has grown in and looks better than ever.”
