“We had a sudden clogging problem throughout our house at about 9 pm. Googled some companies and my wife found this one, we made an online request and by 7 in the morning Ms. Dana called and made sure we were scheduled for that day. From the start Ms. Dana set the bar as she was so warm and patient. She did warn me that they didn't have service windows per se but that we would for sure be seen that day. They have a dispatcher call and let you know that the service technician is or will be on their way, but 2:30 pm I still hadn't received a call so I called them to make sure we would still be seen. Again, Ms. Dana answered and told me there had been a few emergencies but that were next in line. About an hour later, Mr. Kirk arrived and was very respectful and professional. He explained a few things to my wife and I and fixed one of the issues we'd reported. We're very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.”
