“There were a number of issues the last time they came out. I thought it would be a fairly simple repair, but the entire system died shortly after they left. I was then quoted a price to replace it that I think was outrageous. We had to replace the entire system, and they also talked us into doing more. A pipe in the secondary drain was broken during the work, which caused 15-20 gallons of water to leak onto the ceiling and into the drywall. It was a disaster. However, the manager has worked with me and managed to create a satisfactory solution.”
