“Xtra Mile Cooling, Plumbling and Electric came for a tune-up on my perfectly working ac. When they left, my unit no longer worked. Three more visits from Xtra Mile couldn't fix it although they added a cracked drain pan. They said that I needed a new motor, or a new unit. I called another company and they fixed what Xtra Mile messed up. VERY disappointed that FPL let me absorb the brunt of an almost $700.bill for their ineptness.”

“Plumber misdiagnosed my problem and really didn't know what he was doing. Despite having a service contract with this company, I had to call a different plumber to get my issue fixed. FPL has really gone down hill since buying out Jupiter/Tequesta Plumbing. I will not renew my contract when it expires.”
