The technician tried to put the cook top into the existing cutout of the counter top, but it required a metal lip because there was about a half inch space that had to be addressed, and I wasn't able to communicate with him what needed to happen. I ended up having to spend close to $200 just to put back the old cook top. I was out $200 with no work really done. ”
