“Every time I called the office to get information about my remodel. It seems like i burden them with questions. I also left a message after the demo to let them know my tub drain was not working that they installed. I never received a call back. A week later, my father was able to fix it, and I called them and left a message that I was disappointed I never received a call back. Very unprofessional. I felt like they received their money now they really don’t care.”
