When I would call to check-in, she would say the paperwork had been sent out and that I would receive it in a few days. After waiting, I would follow-up, it was always another excuse. I would get into arguments with her because she was very rude to me. I was concerned about my project, not other people's projects, which was another excuse I would get from her. When I called again, I finally got an answer as to what the problem was. They were very behind on projects and they had fired the office lady. I had to go out and use my gas money and time to get permits to speed up the whole process. It then took another 2 months for them to come out. When the job was completed, I never got any sort of acknowledgment of the issues or an apology.”
