“The salesman who came to make the estimate had been an installer and knew exactly which rooms would work and which would not work. One of the bathrooms had tile all the way down to the floor and he knew that LVP flooring would not work there because it would mess up the tile on the wall.”

He arrived at site on schedule, led the crew by example, demonstrated competence and skill in performing all aspects of the installations, kept the crew working efficiently, and took obvious pride in insuring delivery of finished floors which were as near perfect as possible. Daily cleanup during the course of each job was excellent .The entire crew was very diligent, hard working and took appropriate measures to avoid damage to furniture and walls and to contain, to the extent reasonably possible, the dispersal of dust throughout the house. This was particularly important because the old ceramic tile and wood flooring had to be removed from the concrete floor slab prior to the installation of the new wood flooring on that slab. When we suffered damage to our new floors due to a pin hole leak in a copper water supply (discussed below) Reggie proved to be particularly adept in weaving new replacement flooring planks in between planks which were not water damaged. Mr. George Nasr, owner of Select Floors, provided sound and honest advice and recommendations concerning the most appropriate type of wood flooring product to use and proper installation methods. Our home is a two story structure built on a concrete slab. Our new flooring was to be installed on the concrete slab of the ground level first floor. His honest guidance regarding product selection was therefore invaluable. We interviewed seven local flooring retailers/installation contractors. We had the greatest comfort level with George and Select Floors. His prices were fair and he did not attempt to upsell us. We would definitely use Select Floors for any future flooring needs”
