“It was a horrible experience. We just moved into our home and the guy who ran the place was a crook. We picked out a floor and he installed a cheaper wood and when we caught it he tried to deny it. He said we were also not getting a refund. Luckily we had a sample of the wood and it had the part number on it. We found the wood that they were installing and found out it had a different part number on that. He still would not admit he was lying. It was horrible so we ended up driving to the warehouse that provided the wood and found the wood there that had the correct part number on it. After that, I talked to the warehouse owner and we finally got them to replace the wood. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone.”
