“I think the overall product is good however the moisture barrier that was installed was done cheaply. I believe they could have done a better cosmetically job so it was more secure. After I have had multiple drywallers over they all stated the same thing. However, I hope this system will keep all water out of the basement. The drainage system and the sump pump seem to be of great quality if they hold up. Another thing that is challenging is installing new drywall. You cannot penetrate the moisture wall, so the framing has to be glued to the floor. I have been keeping an eye on the basement to make sure there has been no water and so far so good. I know if there is a problem, they will stand behind their product but hopefully this does not happen. All the workers were great and professional so no complaints there. Overall for the money spent I think we should have gotten a better product, but if it works I'm happy with this.”
