After they completed the job, I had concerns to address and over the phone they said it'd be no problem, they'd send someone, but they never came. Then they were going to send someone else, maybe an independent company. He said everything was fine and asked if I'd give him a five-star review online. I feel that my concerns were never addressed, and he was more worried about the five-star review than my concerns.”

While we have no way of actually evaluating the underground repairs, everything we were able to observe was done professionally and in a timely manner. Sewer line problem, NOT related to the foundation repair work, but unknown to us, were discovered in our final inspection. We requested that a Pinnacle employee return to our house to mark the location of every pier prior to beginning the plumbing excavation. They were agreeable and prompt in doing so.”

It was just amazing that they could move that much dirt, put in the drainage and cover it all back up in one day. I was really impressed with what they did and the way they did it, and the speed with which they did it. They were very careful. We have a three car driveway in width, and it catches a lot of water. Over the years, the soil level has built up around it so that it didn't drain well. We had a rain after the drain was put in and the water immediately went down the drain, which is a long drain, about four inches. They drilled a hole in the curb, and the water immediately evacuated. I am very happy.”
