“The problem I had was the salesperson came out, and it's an expensive project to do over $6000. She showed me the facia boards that need to be replaced after they gave me the quote; I said If I'm going to spend that much, I want them to replace all the facia boards! When installing the gutters, they didn't replace all the facias boards. I reminded them of the contract agreement, so they started to rip the panels apart and leaving air gaps. I told him to stop because they were damaging the soffit boards and to replace the rotten ones. When they were replacing the boards, a measurement difference left an air gap, and I told them that they would have to cover the facia completely. I was never compensated because they charged me for replacing all the facia boards, but they did not replace all the facia boards. I'm not sure how well the gutters work. We haven't had a big storm, but I hope they work because I have a big tree in the front.”

They came out three more times before they finally got it right. They had to break down the original installation and restart the project. I am happy with the product now. I was not happy with the process.”
