“I didn?t know who to contact for the water damage in my master bathroom so I searched Google and got very lucky when i found Restoration Xpress. I randomly called and I?m so happy I did. Isaac Nahum and his team showed up within a few hours of my call and gave me a quote on the spot. Within an hour of me signing the paperwork Isaac had a team here bringing in the machines necessary to dry out the walls. They told me exactly what they needed to do and they took pictures and documented everything. Each day a team would show up to check equipment and take readings. Each day they showed up there was always a supervisor (they try and have the same supervisor show each day but that can?t always happen) they were always professional and answered all my questions. If i got frustrated they stayed calm and was able to put me at ease. I already recommended Restoration Xpress to a friend and they were very happy with their experience too!!! I hated that I was in the situation to need a company like this but I was very happy I found Restoration Xpress!!!!”
