“No, I tried 4 plus times to speak with your customer service rep in Marietta (Amanda). When I would call your general number the receptioness would transfer me to Amanda but there was never an answer and I left voice mails each time to please call me. There was never a single attempt to reach me. I only wanted TruTech to catch the raccoons in my attic and they never caught a single one. While TT had their traps out I was able, in my own trap, to catch one. I got the distinct impression that the rep only wanted to sell monthly services for rodent control to me. The first pricing attempt to me was over $ 16,000 which included replacing all he insulation in my attic. I gave a check for approximately $ 3200 at the time of the original service only to find out, in addition, that I had also signed up for a yearly contract at a cost of $ 79 +/- per month as well. I have given serious consideration to going to small claims court to recover one half of what it cost me to employ TruTech. Your field rep was okay but I had the feeling he was carrying out TT's policy to maximize income. A more complete report can be sent to you upon request.”

“I was told when I had the work done on November 2018 it was guaranteed for a year. When I called to have someone come out to check everything in November 2019 before the year was up I was told it was not covered and I would be charged.”
