They had to take out the ladder again (which they had already put back into their truck) and go up to perform the cleaning. Sure enough, they were able to easily remove the dirt. I did not like that attitude. Next time I would get a written confirmation that the windows will be thoroughly cleaned before they are ready to leave.”
